1. Must be born again and must show fruits of repentance. (Matthew 28 v 19)

2. Must be baptized in water (Acts 2: 38).

3. Must be baptized with the Holy Spirit.

4. Must give evidence of a personal living faith in the Lord Jesus Christ and voluntarily subscribe to the Church's doctrinal statement and agree to be governed by its Constitution and By-Laws. 

5. Must be submissive to the leadership of the Church.

6. Must be faithful in tithes and offerings.

7. Must be available for all Church activities (church services and other programs) unless for very genuine reasons.
 

1. Faith in Jesus Christ: Believing that Jesus is the Son of God, their Lord and Savior, and the source of their salvation (being "born again"). This is the foundational value.

2. Biblical Authority & Truth: Valuing the Bible as the inspired and authoritative Word of God, and seeking to live according to its truth and principles.

3. Worship and Prayer: Prioritizing time spent in direct communication with God through prayer and expressing adoration and reverence through worship.

4. Holiness and Repentance: A commitment to living a life set apart for God (holiness), actively turning away from sin (repentance), and striving for moral integrity.

5. Love for God and Others: Following Jesus' summary of the Law: to love God with all one's heart, soul, and mind, and to love one's neighbor as oneself.

6. Forgiveness: Practicing both receiving God's forgiveness and extending forgiveness to others, letting go of grudges and resentment.

7. Community and Fellowship: Valuing the importance of meeting and growing together with other believers for mutual encouragement, support, and worship.

Holy Cross Pentecostal Church International is a body of Christians who have their faith based on the word of God;

1. We believe that the Bible is the inspired, the only infallible authoritative Word of God, with the exception of Apocrypha. (2 Timothy 3: 16; 2 peter 1: 19-21)

2. There is one God, eternally existence in three persons, Father, son and the Holy Spirit.

3. Our Lord Jesus Christ is God and Man in one person. He was born of virgin, lived a sinless life, performed miracles vicariously, and atoned for sin through His shed blood and death. He was bodily resurrected. He ascended to the right hand of God the Father and will personally return in power and glory (Philippians 2: 6 — 1 1).

4. Regeneration by the Holy Spirit Is essential for the salvation of lost and sinful man Titus 3-5, Mathew 19: 28

5. Justification is a judicial act of God by which the sinner is declared righteous sorely based on his/ her acceptance of Christ being Lord and Savior

6. Eternal life is received by faith; that is trusting in the finished Work of Jesus Christ alone for salvation. Ephesians 2; 8.

vii. Both the saved and the lost will be resurrected from the dead. They that are saved unto the resurrection of life and the lost to the resurrection of damnation

7. There is true unity in all believers in our Lord Jesus Christ

8. The local church is the primary base God established of operation for evangelistic activity in the world

9. Every Christian is commissioned to 'preach the gospel to every creature,' and make disciples of all nations. Mark 16: 15; Mathew 28: 18- 20

10. Women are co heirs with men of all God’s grace. They can also receive the same calling, ordained and minister as men.

11. The full gospel of healing, miracles signs and wonders and the gifts of the Holy Spirit as written in Corinthians is still valid today 1 Corinthians 2:45
